Julie Varney,CDA, RDA, FAADOM

Julie's 24 year career in the dental profession has blossomed into many leadership roles including that of Certified Dental Assistant, Practice Manager, Chapter President and Dental Education Director/Instructor. Beginning in 1992 as a dental assistant, Julie rapidly cultivated a desire to deliver the highest standards in dentistry. As Director/Instructor of the Dental Assistant School of Syracuse and President of the Syracuse/CNY Chapter of AADOM, Julie continues to be motivated by several goals. As President of the Syracuse Chapter of the American Association of Dental Office Management, Julie works to provide continuing education, collaboration, networking and support for fellow dental practice managers across state of New York and beyond. She is actively pursuing fellowships from both the American Dental Assistants Association (FADAA) and the American Association of Dental Office Management (FAADOM). Julie resides in Syracuse, NY with her husband, two sons and father-in-law. She is an active hockey mom, runner and loves the beach in Cape Cod.

Lisa Rogers is the OraLine® Professional Dental Office Sales Manager as well as Social Media Coordinator for OraBrite®. Denta+Media® represents OraLine's transition to a content marketing company. Our goal is to collect in one daily, on line newspaper, all of the stories about best practices in advanced dental marketing. Lisa helps dental practices with creating brand awareness through our custom printed dental products. She is also a key contributor of the People articles posted on dentamedia.com.As the Social Media coordinator Lisa implements OraBrite's Social Media marketing through content strategy, developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic and cultivating leads and sales. Lisa is a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for designing and implementing OraBrite's content strategy, creating relevant content, blogging, community participation and leadership. Due to her diligent efforts OraBrite won the 2015 Foxie Award for being the Most Social at #AADOM2015. In Lisa's free time you will find her volunteering at her children's school as well as participating in charitable organizations that are near and dear to her heart. Lisa Marie Spradley, FAADOM, is the Front Desk Lady. She has worked in the front office for 20 years and understands the struggle to put patient’s needs first while still taking care of the business of the front office. As a coach and speaker, she trains teams to develop conversational skills that can lead to more production and increase in-office referrals.Lisa is a published author having written articles for industry publications such asDentistry IQ, The Dental Geek, and AGD Impact. Her ebook “Press 3 to File a Claim,” is available for purchase online at www.press3tofile.com. An active, lifetime member, and Fellow of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM), Lisa was honored to be named the 2014 AADOM Office Manager of the Year. Her years of experience as an office manager led her to create in office workshops that offer a common sense approach to help teams strengthen leadership and communications skills, and focus more on individuals.
